David-Muir
David Muir (born August 25, 1949) is an American anchor, journalist and reporter. He is most well-known for World News Tonight. One of the most watched newscasts in America is his program featuring dramatic footage and animated movements. Made In America, his Emmy Nominated show is another of his many achievements. His predecessor, Diane Sawyer's primary replacement anchor until he was appointed anchor at ABC World News Tonight. ABC News has broadcast many specials during primetime, with the most recent being Breaking Point Heroin in America. The reporter has covered stories from all over the world, including Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti. He has received multiple Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards and honors from the Associated Press.
